The item available here is a new Thermal Corporation ceramic band heater.  This item has light shelf wear, but is in otherwise unused condition. The electrical covers are both slightly bent but will not affect operation.  See below for specs.
This items comes with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, but if the item shows that it has been used or installed there will be no return.   Postage is not covered.
