I am listing these as used, however I am not really sure if they have ever
been used or not. They actually look new and in very nice condition other
than where I removed stuck old rubber bands and tape that was holding them in
bundles, so there are remnants of that.I do not know how to determine if they
were used or not. I have provided several picture from different angles for you
to view them and judge their condition for yourself, as you might know better than me.
They just look as they have light wear from simply being handled or stored or moved
around.Overall, I think they appear to be in really nice condition. All of them have
been
TESTED
with a
VOLT METER
and each one tested at
13 OHMs.
